High Speed Mixers

Basically used for making of highly viscous material, our high speed mixers and stainless steel high speed mixer operate at 1440 RPM and have a capacity of 500 ltrs to 1500 ltrs. Our machine consists of two vessels and single agitator. After completion of one vessel entire agitator assembly lift up and rotates and get down in another vessel. The high speed mixers are prepared using stainless steel. We also offers industrial high speed mixers and high speed blenders. We supply stainless steel high speed mixers to M/s. Goodlas Nerolac Paints Ltd. (Bawal : 6 Nos. + Kanpur : 3 NOs.)

Horizontal Mixers

The pellets & crumbs are usually screened to separate fines & over size particles before final packing. For removing fines only, we require single deck screener. For removing both the over size & fines, we need double deck screener. Our screeners are fitted with separate frames over which wire mesh is clamped and are designed for quick change of different mesh screens.

The laboratory mixers are used extensively in the processing of Newtonian products, where the saw tooth impeller works at high peripheral speed, (up to 30 mt/sec) developing high shearing forces. The vacuum is achieved through special seals between the cover and edge of the pan. A vacuum pump is chosen according to the properties of the mixing goods in these lab mixers. (Normally rotary vane or liquid ring pumps). The impeller can be raised or lowered while working under vacuum, in order to reach maximum efficiency.

The output and the quality of the mixture largely depends upon the type of mixer installed in the plant. The specialty additives like polymers, cellulose, fibers, air entraining agents etc. have to be uniformly blended along the entire batch to obtain consistency in quality. The Plough Type This type of mixers create a fluidized effect whereby the mass is subjected to three dimensional mixing. Choppers are used to breakdown any agglomerates present in the batch. These power intensive mixers are fueled by high speed motors.

The Ribbon Type This conventional type mixer employs helical ribbons to ensure multi directional mixing of the mass. Although, mixing time is longer as compared to plough mixer but the quality of mixing is good. It provides a cost - effective operation with uniform mixing.

Paddle Type Mixers

We offer heavy duty paddle mixers which are compact, dust free, silent. The material enters the sieving machine through a feed screw. Sieving drum is fixed with nylon or stainless steel screen of required specification. The fine material will pass through the sieve by centrifugal force and mechanical agitation. Coarse material will separate and collect at the other end. The Rotary siever is designed and manufactured to give maximum output and to separate coarse and fine materials efficiently.

Applications: Mostly used for non-sticky, non-hygroscopic and free flowing materials, efficiently sieves powers of turmeric, chilli, spices, pulses, husks, saw dust, coconut shell, tamarind seed, carboxyl methyl cellulose, chemicals etc.

It functions as a mixer for cement and other shear-sensitive dry or fluid materials and complies with all existing API guidelines. Not only do results obtained from thickening time tests, performed using the M3080, have the best data, but the results have greater reproducibility and correlate better with data from other laboratories. In addition, when testing cement, wide variations in shear rate are avoided as the M3080 holds the speed constant for 15 seconds (as specified by API Spec 10 Section 5) without operator attention, so that the cement can be added slowly. Vertical Mixers

A vertical mixer is used for dry mixing of two or more ingredients. The principle of operation is to whirl the ingredients in the mixing chamber. The ingredients which are loaded into the hopper at the bottom are litted to the top by a vertical screw conveyor which revolves rapidly. The mixing paddles at the top, whirled the particles on the wall of mixing chamber. From here the particles fall to the bottom and they are elevated and whirled again and again until the mixture is ready. When the mixture is ready as a perfect and uniform mass, the loading hopper can be swung aside, out of way for sacking of mixture.
