Dual Planetary Mixer (Dual Poles) consists of decelerator, planetary frame, agitator, scraper, container, dual-pole hydraulic lifting system as well as stand etc..Vacuum system, heating system is optional.A new mixing machine with high efficiency is developed by innovation and improvement on the introduced domestic and oversea advanced technology. It is characterized in good mixing, reaction, dispersing and dissolving effect. It is especially suitable for dispersing and mixing solid-liquid, liquid-liquid. It is widely used in industries such as polymer Lithium ion battery solution or liquid state Lithium ion battery solution, electron&electrode slurry, adhesives, mould glue, silicones sealant, polyurethane sealant, anaerobic glue, printing ink, dye, cosmetic, ointment, electronic, chemical industry, food, pharmacy etc.
Main Features:
- The rotating planetary frame drives three agitators(Agiators: Frame type, multi-blades type, arm type, auger type) inside the box, dispersing shaft(Optional) to revolve around the container axle and they rotates at a high-speed at the same time to put the materials under strong shearing and kneading. So the materials are dispersed and mixed fully
- There is scrapers on the planetary frame rotating together with the planetary frame. It clings to the container and scrape the materials on the wall continously. The inner wall of the container is precisely lathed by big vertical lathe first and then mirror polished to ensure the movable scaper on the planetary frame can scape all the materials on the container wall off when it is rotating to ensure without residue and to increase the mixing effect
